It ended up being better than first impressions.The property has weeds, a car parked where the front lawn should have been, inaddition to RVs blocking the driveway. The apartment did have everything we needed with elbow room. Sadly, the back bedroom developed a cat urine smell in the afternoon heat.

Reeks like litterbox

Unit was generally clean but the property has many cats and it smells very strongly of litter box throughout the space. I asked the host a question and did not receive a reply and parking instructions were confusing.
