The space
Only 7 minutes from downtown Spokane, a quick 5-minute drive from MultiCare and Sacred Heart hospitals, and 10 minutes from the airport. Enjoy the great outdoors with Polly Judd Park and “The Ridge” trailhead just a short 5-minute walk away. Check out the beautiful pictures of the trail featured in the listing.

This newly renovated one-bedroom unit is accessible via a private entrance and is nestled on the second floor of our home. The living room offers Roku smart flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a dining area that seats four. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—utensils, plates, glassware, and a variety of cookware—plus a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and a small selection of flavored syrups. In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed with soft pillows and crisp cotton sheets and a walk-in closet with ample shelving and hangers for your belongings.
