The Nest - Cosy cottage for two in gorgeous property with large swimming pool

  • The Nest is a lovely cottage located 1.5 miles from the medieval town of Spoleto. Ideal for two people, it is the perfect hideout in the peace of the Umbrian country. The Nest is on the side of an ancient, beautiful medieval tower, Torre del Falco, and is surrounded by a 12 acres park and woods. The property sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley and facing Monte Luco, the first hermitage place of St. Francis of Assisi. Surrounded by an olive grove, the beautiful swimming pool with salty water is there for you to swim or to get lazy lying on a deck chair. The blue of the water melts perfectly with the ivory of the stone, the green of the olives and the violet of the lavender bush, permeating the air with its relaxing fragrance. The cottage is composed by a bright sitting room with kitchenette, a double bed alcove and one bathroom, and has been fully renovated in year 2008.
