  • Just a 9-minute drive from Pescara's seafront (4.5 km) and 10 minutes from the city center (4.7 km), the 30 sqm Dependance offers you the best of both worlds: the tranquility of Spoltore—a quiet, green, and relaxing area—just steps from the Adriatic Sea, Pescara’s lively food scene, and its famous fish market.



    The Dependance is ideal for families with one or two children seeking a peaceful stay near the sea. This independent studio comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). It features a double bed, sofa bed, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi (also great for remote work), air conditioning, and TV.



    Outside, you'll find a shared garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for summer evenings. A children’s pool is available on request.



    Private on-site parking with EV charging station—one of the few rentals in the area offering this service. Shared bicycle storage. Shared washing machine and dryer. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
