"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice.
