"We recently stayed at NH València Centre with our dog and had a mixed experience overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it is advertised as dog-friendly. However, while dogs are permitted in the hotel, they are only allowed in the bedroom and not in any public areas, including the bar and restaurant. We understand that in Spain it is fairly common for dogs not to be allowed in the main restaurant, but in our experience, most hotels will at least permit dogs in the bar area for dining. As a result, we were unable to eat at the hotel without leaving our dog alone in the room, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the gentleman who appeared to be managing the bar was quite rude and dismissive when we tried to discuss the situation. In contrast, the receptionist was exceptional — she genuinely tried to help, was very understanding, and apologised sincerely for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. On the positive side, the hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very good. The location is also a real advantage for dog owners, as the hotel is situated next to a large park, making walks very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has several strengths, the restrictions around dogs and the lack of flexibility regarding dining arrangements made the stay less convenient than we had expected for a dog-friendly hotel."

That being said, our room (817) was not the greatest it was just below the restaurant and was noisy after dinner till about 1 am. "

"Everything was really good, room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great. We stayed for three nights, the apartment is walking distance to all the central sites and the bus / metro is very convenient to navigate as there is a bus stop close by. There is a mercadona outside and the local cafes are fantastic. Really good stay."

"The hotel is at walking distance to central part of Valencia. Value for money, well maintained property. The room was big enough for 2 people and the open door standing balcony was highlight of the room. Public transport incl. Transport for airport was easily accessible. Def recommend this property to stay."

"Good location and very clean. Only problem is the walls aren’t very soundproofed so you can hear the street at night but this wasn’t a major issue. It would also be good to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker with decent sized cups for tea as the espresso cups are far too small."
