"Our stay was a great experience and we didn't have any issues. The staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. The apartment was spacious and suit d out family well. The only thing I would recommend would be a few updates and repairs (out of date appliances, chipped/loose tiles) as well as more comfortable mattresses. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the pullout sofa bed. Even so, the stay was well worth the price and we will return."

"Outdated, child-ridden, dirty! The stairway to our room was full of bugs and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a huge spider on its web and other dead bugs all over the corners, rafters, and stairs and we barely made it up the stairway. We were not informed of the ability to rent a golf cart at check-in and when we called the next morning to see about renting one (after seeing everyone else on them throughout the resort) there weren't any left. We were given paper maps and a resort guide. It's the year 2026, so these should have been available online. The River Pool staff service was great and so were the food and drinks, but the rowdy children made it hard to enjoy. Parents just sat there while they splashed people in the face and threw footballs, narrowly missing tables and other people lounging. The children were old enough to know better if they had any manners; the lack of parenting was unacceptable."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs!! We reserved two rooms for two nights. BOTH ROOMS were filthy. There was pubic hairs on the one bed. Some other kinda hair on the others. I called and asked for beds to be CHANGED. They came in and brushed the hairs off, turned over the pillows and moved on to the other room. We had six kids. It’s sad when none wanted to stay there. The bathtub was dirty. Elevator said it was on floor 82? There isn’t 82 floors. The stairs were scary and dark with emergency tags hanging. I ended up having to check right back out. No way was I sleeping where I wasn’t sure if bed sheets were clean and staff didn’t even care. BEWARE!!!! It’s beyond filthy!!!"
