Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in
closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. This is home away from home.

We loved the property. It is comfortable and fully equipped. Mr. Bertram is a wonderful host. We would love to stay there again. The only thing is that the pool was cold but it was not a big deal.

Always the best

This is my second stay at this house this year. Beautiful, spacious, clean and stocked home. The host is kind, caring and always responsive. I will always check to see if this house is available when visiting family.

New Years Eve 2019-2020

Very nice and well maintained. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Grandchildren really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and was like home. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Pleasant and peaceful

It was a very nice place, the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite. The place was equipped with all you needed, from cooking, to cleaning laundry. Just come an enjoy. I make one suggestion add a TV in one of the bedrooms.

Absolutely beautiful

James was so very nice and welcomed us , house was beautiful and had everything and more. Loved the private pool. Two bathrooms was great especially with teenagers, everyone had their own bedroom which was a plus. We will definitely come back when we go back to Tampa ( hour and 14 mins away) or Disney ( one hour and 57 mins). We did so much and we were right in middle which was great. If I could give ten stars I would.

SUPER AMAZING HOME & SUPER HOST

The property exceeded our expectaions with both location, cleanliness and size. The home is very clean, nicely set up and all the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The photos do not do this home justice. James is an amazing host, very warm, welcoming and gracious. We had a very late arrival time and James was so kind and had late night snacks ready for us. Communication was also wonderful. The pool was very clean and welcoming. Do not hesitate to book this home. It was a wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough good about this property. James, the owner, was so accommodating and available if we needed anything or had any questions. It's a beautiful quiet home, well stocked with essentials for cooking for your family, I had all the pots & pans I needed to make dinners. There's even spices in the cupboard! Bathrooms were equipped with soaps, extra beach towels and even a bandaid kit. Honestly, the most well equipped home we've ever stayed in. The pool was the highlight of the property, beautiful & clean. The neighborhood was good. The location is close to literally everything. If I ever went to Florida again, that's where we'd stay. Five stars.

James is very welcoming on arrival, the house and pool is beautiful. The neighbors tend to play very loud music in the morning but wasn’t that bad, you can’t use the blankets on the beds so it’s better to bring your own blanket since he has throws in the closets. Overall I was very happy with my stay, he also takes out the garbage for you

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this Weeki Wachee home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a huge hit! We made lots of great memories together and truly appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the home was. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and peaceful family retreat!

We spent a week here and it was perfect. From the beginning to the end the property manager owner James was amazing. The house was clean well furnished with all the amenities. We will absolutely be booking this home again if we are back in the area. I recommend the hour and 20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach as the beaches closer are not as clean. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a 10-minute Drive. The neighborhood was quiet. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay except maybe I wish it was longer.

This would have easily been a 4-5-star stay, had it not been for interactions with the host... There is no option for self check in and he got upset with us (no apologies, counting it a "misunderstanding") after forgetting the message he replied to in VRBO that said we would call on the way because we couldn't guarantee a 4:00 arrival. A simple lockbox with a code sent via VRBO would have avoided both our frustration as well as his. The house had everything we needed (and then some) for a decent stay, with the exception of no second key and the outdoor grill in the photographs was not there. There's plenty of storage, a large kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, plenty of dish detergent as well as soap throughout the entire house, cleaners, lots of towels, a washer and dryer that worked flawlessly with provided detergent, as well as a very refreshing pool. The house does show some age and there were a few janitorial items we had to take care of but reflected in the price. Had it not been for the unkind phonecall on the day of check in, we would have gladly stayed again.
