The staff was very nice. The room smelled very musty.. the beds are small. Full size . The property is kept well. The parking lot is not well lit . The room was clean.. breakfast was good. The price was reasonable...

After a night in a noisy, dirty, miserable hotel, this place was a blessing. Audrey was incredibly welcoming and the room did not disappoint either. Next door, is a fabulous Italian restaurant and we liked it so much that we extended our stay here. Shawna was great about facilitating that. Kudos to the staff for taking pride in their work. 👍

Great location near shops/dining etc spent 8 nights there and only 2 hot showers the rest of the time the water was luke warm! it had a full kitchen but had no utensils/pans/pots/plates/cups etc

The only problem we had was one night there was a very loud party below us in their function room. The music was so loud the walls were vibrating. They should not have people stay in those rooms when there is a party.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A large portion of the outdoor space and side access were under heavy reconstruction/renovation. Parking was very limited. There was construction debris at the side entrance. The hallway floor was not fully cleaned. Hotel room had stains around the bathroom entrance.

My only complaint would be the STRONG smell of sanitizer or air freshener throughout the whole building. I personally would not be able to stay there again but the bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff! The night shift clerk did everything she could to make our stay difficult. In 40 years of traveling and staying in hotels, I have never been so rudely treated. I will NEVER stay at this property again!
