Corinne’s extraordinary attention to details made this stay truly memorable. She could teach a master class in how to be a host. We have stayed at many VRBOs. Sunshine Escape gets my highest praise. You cannot go wrong here. It’s perfect and you will be spoiled. From the silverware to the cookware to the beds and outside furniture everything is first rate. We loved it and will definitely return.

What an amazing property and location. From fishing off the dock, kayaking down the canal to relaxing in the gazebo it has it all. Can’t fault the villa, communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend you book.

Very nice place. Host is quick to response to any questions on the property. Let us know about a art festival that was going on that we wouldn't of known about. It's very peaceful area nice to sit out and relax. We will stay there again.

This is a very nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. It is comfortably furnished with all the mod cons. As someone who enjoys cooking, I was so happy with the kitchen and how well equipped it is. I give it 5 stars for that.We kept our 24-foot boat on the floating dock and spent our days on the water fishing. We kept the trailer to the side of the house. The house comes with an excellent fish cleaning table, on the side of the dock. A great addition to the house's amenities and we used it. We love the location of the house and its easy access, by boat, to the Gulf. There is a fire table and comfortable outdoor seating which is lovely to sit at during the cooler nights. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. When we return to Hernando Beach, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is perfect for easy access to the gulf via boat or kayak. Our kids loved paddling out to the end of the canal and seeing manatees and dolphins. The beds were comfortable, and even the couch too. Our sons chose to sleep there over the bedroom! Would love to stay again next time we're in town.

The property is just as explained. It was perfect for everywhere we had to be. It was nice to come back after the days events and sit by the canal and relax. Corinne was very easy to reach and answered all my questions. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. Definitely will stay again when we are in the area again.

This was one of the cleanest properties that we have ever stayed in and I am a stickler for cleanliness. My husband and I travel quite frequently so we have been in and out of many rental units. Not only that, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The house is decorated beautifully with plenty of storage to stretch out. Highly recommend if you are in the area. We will definitely rent again as we have family close by.

This is a wonderful gem hidden in Hernando Beach. Recently remodeled in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to kayaks and bikes to explore during your relaxing vacation. You have your own gazebo and “private beach” in the form of beautiful Florida sand and comfortable lounge chairs right in your own back yard. We have rented many VRBOs in a variety of places and this one is spotless! There is absolutely nothing missing that you would need in this beautiful home. The homeowner is very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very clean and wonderfully relaxing home. Everything you could possible need for your stay! Great outdoor seating areas, one even with a fire pit, along the canal right at the backyard! Kitchen is well supplied with nice cookware, dinnerware and gadgets for cooking a quick or a gourmet meal! The appliances are very nice. A very comfortable night's sleep awaits you in the two bedrooms! Everything nice to say about this home! Owners were awesome to work/talk with! We will definitely return to this home in the future!

This place was incredible! Like most of the previous reviews, the pictures are great but being there was even better. Everything was as stated. We had such a relaxing time at the end of busy days exploring Weekie Wachee , Crystal River and Homosassa Springs. We kayaked on the canals several times. It was too hot this weekend to take advantage of the fire pit but we did hang out under the gazebo and enjoyed the view of the canal The house was felt so inviting inside. The decor was perfect. I hope to stay again next time we travel down that way. The owner was easy to contact, although we really didn't need anything because they already seem to anticipate every need.

On arrival,both bikes had flat tires,so a little DIY right away to pump them up. Also,a heads up….even with roaming on your phone, you cannot make calls or message from this location in Hernando Beach. Quite frustrating. Not the owners fault…a common issue there…but renters beware. Otherwise,except for some inclement weather, great restaurants nearby and lots to see and do.

This rental has been completely remodeled. Everything is new. The owners are very renter friendly. Have everything you need for a short stay. Great outside sitting on the back porch or under the gazebo and enjoying the firepit. They have clear instructions on the property usage, family games for kids to adults, outside yard games, gas grill for BBQ. Have kayaks to use if you want to also. Many very good eating places and plenty of spots to enjoy the gulf sunsets, or just relaxing on a beach that's a short drive away. We also had a day at Sea World. Close to what you want to do secluded enough to enjoy some quit time. We will use it again. Had some of the best communication from the host making sure we had everything we need. Fast easy check in and check out.
