  • Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom home in Weeki Wachee on the bayou. The backyard abounds with nature. The home has all comforts of home & features a queen bed and a nice living room with a futon, perfect for extra guests or lounging. Full kitchen. The bathroom includes a giant soaker tub with a view of the bayou. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this home offers a fully enclosed screened in porch for outdoor living and lounging with view of the trees and Bayou. Wildlife includes otters, deer, pigs, and birds. Bird feeders hang in front of the bayou and birds can been seen from the upper deck porch and the lower deck hot tub room. You can easily get out on the river by going to the Kayak Shack right next to the Upper Deck Restaurant just a few blocks away. Rent a kayak and enjoy your time on the beautiful river. Have a drink or lunch before or after you go out on the River. See the manatees in the river. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay at this relaxing nature home. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Be sure to visit the famous Weeki Wachee Mermaid park and see the live mermaid shows.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave both keys hanging on hook inside at checkout. Upon arrival, one key will be in lockbox & a second key will hang on a hook on wall in living room-both keys (2) must be in home at checkout
Guests must wash dishes prior to checkout - leaving them in drainer to dry is fine. All trash goes in blue container in parking area -please put can at curb on checkout day.
In summer months set thermostat a/c at 80 upon checkout. In winter months turn thermostat to off at checkout. Set thermostat wherever comfortable during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
