The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return all water toys/vessels,paddles, vests, etc… SUP’s, kayaks, float mats, tubes, to original position
Fill a full load of dishes in dishwasher. Start all dirty dishes to wash . Then dry & return to original location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not move furniture. $100./Furniture moving Fee per item. No Pets $500./per pet Pet Fee
Bring all kayaks out of water nightly and return all kayaks to the racks on the last date of your stay. No open flames, vaping, smoking inside.

Christmas vacation

We planned to swim with manatees but found so many other wonderful things to do as well. The location of the house is perfect for taking a paddle up or down river. Up river is gorgeous and a quiet paddle of clear water and nature. Convenient to both state parks, manatee tours and even an airboat ride. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic time.Brought our 2 Granddaughtersone who celebrated her 10th Birthday with Family.We stayed on the River as much as we could .In the process we saw Dolphins & Manatees our entire stay .Watching the Dolphins & Manatees out on the deck was AMAZING .Definitely recommend this place .Perfect location.Thank you to our Host Sonia for checking on us during our stay !!

Great weekend gateway.

Pictures don't do this property any justice. House was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. We had a blast paddling up the river and also enjoyed catching fish and crabs from the deck. My family would definitely stay here again. Host meet all of our needs which were only small questions about checking out. Nice game room home was very spacious.
