- Welcome to Salty Serenity, your waterfront escape in Hernando Beach! 🌴 Nestled along a peaceful canal, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home also features a bunk room, making it perfect for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Spend your days on the water with 4 kayaks, cruise the neighborhood on 2 bikes, or bring your boat and take advantage of the private dock, pontoon boat lift, and trailer parking. After a day of exploring, unwind by the water and catch one of Hernando Beach’s beautiful sunsets. 🌅
Even more is coming—a brand-new pool is currently under construction! Whether you’re here to boat, kayak, fish, explore the coast, or simply slow down, Salty Serenity is designed for easygoing Florida days and memorable stays.
Salty Serenity House Rules
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay! Please help us care for the home by following these simple rules:
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties or events.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• Children should be supervised at all times, especially near the canal and waterfront areas.
• Please do not feed or approach wildlife.
• No pets unless specifically approved prior to your stay.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Guests are responsible for any excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Please follow all check-in and checkout instructions provided by Sunvay Vacation Rentals.
Waterfront Safety: The property is located directly on a canal. There are no lifeguards, and guests use waterfront areas at their own risk. Children must be closely supervised near the water.
Pool Coming Soon: A private pool is currently under construction. Until we confirm that the pool is open for guest use, guests may not enter the pool or construction area.
