Summary:

Welcome to The Gulf Breeze in North Hernando Beach. From the moment we first saw this home, we fell in love. Our search for the opportunity to escape and relax was complete. Something this good has to be shared. Our sincerest hope is that our guests come to enjoy their time here as much as we do and The Gulf Breeze will become your home to Escape and Relax. We are located at the North end of Hernando Beach, with a 3 minute boat ride to the Gulf and all it offers.



The Space:

If you like Pina Coladas..... Then Gulf Breeze is your ideal spot. As soon as you enter the property, cares and worries begin to fade away. Watch the sunrise over the Gulf of America and the Hernando Beach Flats, often referred to as the world's largest swimming pool. Our upstairs balcony offers stunning views. Take in the sun on our boat dock or enjoy the shade of our covered gazebo, giving you the chance to see visiting dolphins and fishes- all while cooking up a storm. Go for a swim right off our dock, or take out the kayaks that are provided and explore the Nature Coast and local Weeki Wachee River. Rod and Reels are provided and many a dinner was caught right off our sea wall. As the sun sets, enjoy the peaceful quiet as the gulf breezes surround you. The underwater LED fish light positioned off the gazebo turns the canals into your own personal fish tank.

(Water and Electricity is conviently located next to the boat dock.)



Our Home

Relax in our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home. In addition to our fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, downstairs we have a outdoor kitchen/bar area for entertaining. This is our favorite place to gather and watch our favorite teams on the outdoor Large screen TV. Cast iron cookware is provided in the outdoor kitchen for the 4 burner gas stove. A gas grill and refrigerator are included. We ask that any seafood/fish is cooked in the outdoor kitchen and not inside.



Unique to our Home is the layout. The main living space on the second floor has two bedrooms, a king bed in bedroom one and full size bunk beds in bedroom two. Downstairs has two bedrooms, each with their own entrance and private bath. Great for extended family or couple trips.

(Each bedroom has a smart TV and a smart TV in the living room.)



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located on the North end of Hernando Beach. The open water of the Gulf is less then 3 minutes away by boat.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Gulf Breeze while we were in town for a wedding. Everything was as described and just as you see in the pictures. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The house and grounds were clean and welcoming and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our adult children enjoyed fishing and using the paddle board and kayak to go exploring and seeing manatees. Lisa is a great host and the home exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
