We had a wonderful family vacation this weekend and would love to go back! This vacation home was just perfect for what our family needed. We loved the kayaks, swimming, fire pit! The dock was perfect for swimming and fishing off of. The wild life that we were able to see was great! The manatees were hanging out by us all weekend! We loved having our boat to go right out to the gulf! The house was super clean and love the back porch and the extra room for everybody! Thank you so much and would recommend this property for any family to enjoy their family vacation.

Property is nice and has a lot of water frontage.
The house us fully stocked with kitchen needs (including spices), has great towels and bedding, and even has small shampoos, conditioners, and laundry pods. We loved it there. It has 3 kayaks and a couple paddle boards. Be aware that a couple of the kayaks have small leaks, so you'll need to empty out after a few hours.

The location is amazing! Lots of manatees, dolphins, crabs, and catfish right out the back door. We would definitely book this property again.

Awesome time on the river
Enjoyed this property so much! Has everything you need to enjoy the Weeki Wachee area. Spacious and accommodates a big group. Loved the Blackstone for cooking!!

Hi Christine A, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We have never had this complaint about bugs, but after hearing your feedback, we promptly responded and addressed the issue so future guests won't share the same experience. - We take our guest feedback seriously, you are correct, the flooring does slope, and because of feedback from our guests, we have made the decision to have new flooring done to remedy the issue in the near future. In addition, we have made the decision to replace the mattress and will be replacing the couch for a more comfortable stay for our future guests. Amazing property
Absolutely great place. House is very spacious, clean and modernized inside. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies. Views of the river are gorgeous. Plenty of kayaks, which are essential for exploring the river. We saw a lot of manatees and fish around, and even from the dock, which is so much fun for the kids and adults. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect place to get away with the family
Was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but didn’t spend much time inside. This place draws you outside. So much to do here. We spent every day in the water, cooking out, and having bonfires. First time I’ve seen my kids ranging from 6 to 17 without their electronics the whole 4 days we were there. The AC system wasn’t the greatest when we got there. It was hot inside and smelled stale. Most of the mini split units didn’t work great but the wall units did. Within a couple hours the house was perfect temperature. Dishes weren’t the cleanest so we used mostly paper products and when needed, we washed whatever dishes or cooking utensils before using. Can’t beat the price of this place since most people paid double or even triple what we did and spent most of their time outside. Perfect location on the river. Few minute trip down the river to hit Upper Deck which was an awesome restaurant. Must check this rental out.

Definitely misleading.
Check in was easy, overall it was a decent house for our party of 9 but We were outside 95% of the time. The house foundation has definitely settled and you can feel it while walking every inch of the house. The master bathroom shower had no hot water, there were a ton of bug in the cabinets so we had to wash all the dishes upon arrival. The secondary bathroom sink drain was around 98% plugged so it would take hours for the sink to drain. Bugs all throughout the house. Was suppose to be a smoke free property but the fire pit had well over 50 cigarette butts in it so we didn’t bother using that. Half of the AC units didn’t work. So keeping the house at a comfortable temperature was a challenge for sure. We never complain about rental properties because we understand the process but the fact the agency never responded to my messages was pretty irritating. On top of all that, they were dredging right off of our dock. Completely out of their control but a heads up would have been nice.

Our family had an excellent time at this property very deceiving from the outside plenty of room for everyone to move around and have fun. Plenty of paddle boards fishing poles anything you needed kayaks. Had trouble up to the day of checking in and did not hear from anybody I believe it was a VRBO issue but we were able to finally get in after contacting someone at evolve who gave us the information on the property manager. Other than that everything was great would recommend staying for a larger groups and special if you want to bring a boat to go out in the Gulf. Back porch screened in was a plus, especially at night! A couple of the chairs in the table outside were wobbly and broken, but out on the deck there were plenty of seating and a nice fire pit. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for family time
The atmosphere is perfect, the house is adorable, neighbors are friendly. There are so many different amenities provided at this home. The fishing right off the dock was great for the guys teaching the kiddos how to fish. This is the best family time we’ve had in a long time. The kids put their own phone down to spend time with the family! There are kayaks and paddle boards. Contacting property manager was easy as well. We will definitely go back.

This home is probably one of the cleanest I have stayed at. I was very impressed with that. I however did not like the fact upon arrival the listing states parking for 5 yet there is no driveway. You are expected to just park on the front lawn. The floors are terribly uneven. To the point you literally walk uphill to get into the kitchen and then up more to get into the master bedroom. The house was a muggy 77° when we arrived and there was notes to not lower the wall units past 74° due to the wall units leaking. If I had known there was no central ac and the temperature the house would have to stay at 74° or above I would have not have booked it. The wall units struggle to keep the house at a bearable temperature even with all the fans running. The master bedroom had 2 wall units in it but only one was working and we had to monitor that one for leaking. We had to sleep without sheets/ blankets due to the temperature inside. Again… the home was very clean and a short paddle on kayaks to the hospital hole and Rogers park.

This was a great property! The kids and adults were able to enjoy the water with the easy access from the dock in the back. Was not a high traffic area on the water which was nice as well. House was clean and very comfortable for our group. Definitely recommend this property for larger groups!

This house was the perfect location and we really liked the openness of it, the cleanliness was a little disappointing but the view and location made up for it. Flooring needs some repair, but all in all we enjoyed a great stay!
