The Hotel was fantastic ! The desk staff was very considerate and courteous especially Kiki who allowed early check in for my family to dress and be on time to attend a wedding. It was great to be very close to a shopping mall and a variety of dining choices

The heater in my room was extremely loud. I couldn’t sleep it was so loud. The pillows were also too soft and there were no alternate options in the closet.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY- CLEAN & FRIENDLY STAFF
Great place -- very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. A few glitches with towels, bathroom mirror, and the phone, but quickly resolved. Front desk clerk, Kiki, was great. Provided info re dinner choices, options etc. Room was very nice -- clean. Loved the bright lights in the bathroom around the sink/ mirror and the nice shower with HOT water. Easy walk next door to eat dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Very comfortable, professional and polite. WILL stay here again some day!

Clean, large room, and good price. Only drawbacks were no comfy chairs by the fireplace and low flow bathroom sink (but the shower and kitchen sinks were fine). Check in woman was most outgoing ever.

It was in the middle of construction. I’m surprised it’s allowed to let people stay there with exposed outlets and wiring everywhere. Bathroom was gross and not clean. There was a bad smell in the bedroom. Also breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. For the price I was very disappointed.

Our overall stay was good and the main areas of the property are clean and in good condition. We got there before our room was done and they gave us one that was available. It had seen it’s better days. It was a suite. The rugs were worn/ripped and the the sofa has many visible stains in it. There was a lot of dust around the baseboard in the bathroom. They were doing renovations when we were there. They must not have done this room yet. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Knowing they’re renovating, we’ll try it one more time.

There were constant renovations going on so the common areas were a mess. It almost felt as if it may be a safety concern with some rooms being open that were being renovated and construction debris everywhere.

No running hot water and dirty hallways.
We arrived to the hotel approx 4 hours after check in due to our acitivity running over. We expected to arrive, shower and meet our colleagues for dinner. There was no running hot water....we purposely ran the water in the shower for a long time with no success. We called the front desk and learned that many of the rooms did not have hot water. I feel that we should've been told that when we arrived. The clerk at the front desk offered to move us to another room, but we also found the same issue in that room. At that point, we packed our items and vacated the property.
