"This does not seem like a family hotel - someone knocking repeatedly on my door after midnight and seeming troubled, yelling and making noise. We observed cash customers checking in at 9 in the morning"

"The hotel is fine as a building. The front desk was great. The older gentlemen in the lobby was a charming representative of Harlem itself. The “restaurant” was not well run. Service was wack and they just didn’t seem to care about the diners it was about the bar. That is fine but then don’t make it a restaurant too because it’s not being run like anyone actually cares."
