9.4/10 Exceptional! (3,877 reviews)
Overall disappointing customer service from the hotel.
During our 5 nights stay, our hotel room was only tended to by housekeeping twice. We needed to request new towels by calling the front desk and even when they were delivered while we were out of our room, housekeeping did not attend to our room.
While checking out, we were asked by the front desk how our stay was. We mentioned the concern about housekeeping only coming to our room 2/5 days and the front desk supervisor provided us with his card, apologized and said “next time you stay with us we’ll give you a free upgrade”. He then proceeded to say there was nothing more he can do because we booked through Expedia.
We always book through Expedia and have never been told this in the past. This hotel is too expensive to be receiving such poor care and customer service with such simple concerns such as house keeping.

The maintenance man who showed up to assist with jacuzzi sounds was stoned. He smelled awful. I was actually uncomfortable ..."

"Price is low but the property pretty much says why the price is low. You get a place to rest. Room is ok. Breakfast is mediocre. I was expecting a better kept place. It is what it is."
