"I was a little disappointed in this property. I had stayed in other Home2Suites which were cleaner and had much better breakfasts. The jug of milk where individual milk cartions should have been was questionable at best. The yogurt dispenser put up a red flag as well. Some of the food looked like leftovers from a previous meal. The room had a hole in the headboard and a random rug under one of the beds. The beat thing I can say about the room is that the bathroom was clean. "

"Check in went well, and the host was attentive when there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms. The space is perfect for large groups. There were a few drawbacks with this location. The carpets were not vacuumed, and the floors were not swept well. There were not enough towels for the number of guests. There were no bathroom washcloths or hand towels. The two back doors were nearly impossible to get out of. In the kitchen we were greeted with dirty stinky dishes in the dishwasher, no extra trash bags, and no kitchen hand towels or kitchen washcloths. There was one used roll of paper towels, which was tough because there was no kitchen hand towels. One of the kitchen table chairs had only three legs, and we are grateful we found it before someone got hurt. The handsoaps were nearly empty and not working properly. Oh the value of the little things. The pool table was so fun to have, and the swimming pool was a blast. We want to say again, that the host was quick to reply and we are grateful."

"The tile on the stairs going to the basement are a hazard. They are broke and come off when stepping on them. We had several guests that fell due to this. The carpets in the basement are nasty and need cleaned. Also, the master bedroom sink faucet is basically unusable.it is completely loose and is so limed up that the handle doesn’t move. Plus the sink only had hot water so had to use other restrooms to brush our teeth. Finally, and the biggest disappointment, was the backyard. It was so overgrown with weeds and has not been maintained. It looked awful. Also, the patio couch by fire pit was broke and the sliding door to go in and out needs work as it is very difficult to open and close. Communication was prompt and very helpful with property manager which was an advantage. "
