"Hands down one of the best hotel stays I've had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — attentive without being overbearing, and quick to take care of anything we needed. The room was immaculate. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and well thought-out in every detail. It was easy to unwind after a full day out. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we wanted to see and do, without the noise you might expect. And the amenities were excellent; we made good use of everything on offer. The dining was a real highlight. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and the kind of meal you'd happily return for on its own. Breakfast especially set a great tone for each day. If you're looking for a place that gets everything right, this is it. We'll absolutely be back."

"My room did not match the photos on the website, but the bigger issue was the overall environment. The property smelled strongly of marijuana, there was frequent foot traffic at all hours, and several guests appeared to be under the influence. The room door was difficult to open and required assistance from staff. I was also informed that the cable service was experiencing issues, and none of the channels were working during my stay. The atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I requested a refund shortly after checking in, but was told one could not be provided. Although I stayed the night, I was unable to get much sleep due to the conditions. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs, sausage looked under cooked. We passed on all of the food. Coffee and ice water is nice. The swimming Pool was nice. The Laundry room was very hot was without ventilation. Our bathroom did not have a fan so steam and smell accumulates. The toilet was not secured properly and was loose. The bathroom needs remodeling."

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily and the towels were not refreshed. I had to go to the front desk again and talk to the same lady with attitude just to get some clean towels. She said our room would be cleaned the next day… the day we were checking out. I was not impressed and very disappointed in your hotel and staff."

"I was surprised at the service and the condition of the hotel. It was ok, nothing special. When we checked in the counter person was informative enough but was almost impossible to reach again. (Please get the counter more help.) Our room, #202 needs more light and the AC wasn't working properly. We did try to have breakfast one time at the property and followed the instructions to seat ourselves. We chose the cleanest used table we could find and waited for over 10 minutes and were never served. And not at fault of the hotel a water main busted. It was fixed the same day but the staff didn't think to check the hot water heaters. That evening when I went to get a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to call the front desk to notify them 5 different times before just going to bed. No one ever answered. The next morning, same, no hot water. My husband did reach someone that morning and they said they were looking for a plumber to come out on Memorial Day to address the hot water issue. Needless to say, we had a COLD shower and checked out."
