There were so many people trying to get breakfast and the poor woman said she only had 1 microwave to cook stuff...that led to a long wait for some items. We had an issue with the pullout mattress but, it was replaced IMMEDIATELY at 10:15 at night when we returned to our room. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ...
