Beautiful historic home on Wittenberg campus. Peaceful setting w/ grand piano.

  • Historic Gotwald Home built in 1895. Imagine yourself in the late 1800s with modern amenities and a grand piano. Spacious rooms, huge porch, off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood near downtown restaurants and the Yellow Springs bike path. Plenty to do for the entire family! Hiking/biking/kayaking with gentle waterfalls, flyfishing, and Veterans Park at your doorstep. Wittenberg University is only one block away.

    Full kitchen, Formal dining room, laundry facilities, and rental bikes available. Lots of windows for natural light all day long. Oh, the porch is magnificent for hanging out.
