This close-in country home boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, one full bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Located on 10 private acres, the property is a nature lovers retreat, while just a short drive from stores, restaurants, and the University of Oregon. Whether you’re unwinding in the comforts of the open living area, or preparing meals in the well-equipped chefs kitchen, this beautiful custom home offers a welcoming, cheerful atmosphere. Spend your days visiting local McKenzie and Willamette area lakes, trails, ski resorts, the University of Oregon, and other nearby Eugene - Springfield destinations. Then relax in the soothing hot tub, overlooking serene mountain views by day, and stargazing at night. Our home is a bird lovers paradise. You may even catch a glimpse of our local elk herd, deer, and various other wildlife. The space feels tranquil and inviting, in an ideal location for relaxing after a day of exploring. It is a perfect retreat to enjoy time with family and friends. We are a working, small scale farm, with goats and cows here on the property. Goat kids, calves and our friendly dog are often present. We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Collina, our lovely hillside home.
