In a world where customer service no longer seems to matter, the young lady at check in IS the exception. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I had really begun to believe that customer service was a thing of the past. This outstanding associate gave me hope. Thank you! I drove 644 miles today and fully expected the same old nonchalant guest check in. Instead I got a warm welcome, a friendly smile, and outstanding attention. Greenstay, you have a keeper and she should be recognized. Check in 06/18/24 at 5:30 pm.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bedding and towels ere clean and new. The large pool was heated and available for use from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. The hotel staff were very friendly.
