The RIU is in an excellent location, close to Pier 39 & Fisherman's Wharf! The staff were very helpful! Rooms were large & very clean!Breakfast was great, plenty of hot & cold choices but it does get busy after 7.30am! Would definitely choose the RIU if visiting again!

A gem in the Tenderloin. Always friendly staff, clean and comfy bed and a nice courtyard with pool to relax in. Conveniently located to many concert venues.

We were looking for a great getaway from the city life and we found it, the room was amazing, quiet, cozy. We loved how close it was to restaurants and shopping, we spent most of are time in the sequoias fishing and hiking it was amazing, we will return. Thank you for everything.

The lady in the gift shop did not seem welcoming. But overall the rest of the staff was very nice. The lodge is amazing and so is the park.
