Check in was a zoo, but they made up for it with an upgrade. Just be prepared. Hotel was great, clean, nice staff with proximity to Maya (has a nice movie theatre) and One Ninnam for shopping- tourist prices tho. I love Mr. Chang's right next door for the best meals! You must go and say hi to my sisters. Will be back again to stay at this hotel.

Had a great time at TP Villa. Staff are amazing. I ate breakfast (it was included) at the restaurant every morning, and it was good. They even packed a breakfast for me when I woke up early to do excursions. It’s a boutique hotel with a cool boutique-sized pool. There are 2 rooms with direct pool access. I stayed in one. Nice to chill out after a day of exploring in an almost private pool. I would stay here again.

This is a fine 4 star hotel. It provides great bang foe the buck. The welcome gift is a very nice surprise. However, they need to upgrade the food. I had dinner at their restaurant, and the food took about an hour. When it came, the pad thai was cold and the pizza was dried up, leading me to think they were perhaps prepared elsewhere and delivered to the hotel. When I told the staff that the food was cold, the waitress heated it up using a microwave. When I later stayed at their sister hotel "Empress Premier" I noticed they offer same menu but the food was hot and fresh. I noticed similar quality difference with breakfast buffet also. Overall, staying at this hotel was still very pleasant, especially at its price point
