"Perfect location! Street car stop right in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants close by. Hotel is beautiful. Our room had a balcony that overlooked St. Charles Avenue. Room was nice size. Clean bathroom. Room could use more outlets and lights as it is a bit dark, and there were cobwebs with bugs in corner of balcony door. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Also the attached steakhouse Desivegas was wonderful. Mezzanine level has snack and vending machines. Front desk person available at all times and very helpful."

"Our room was a fabulous luxurious king bedroom with lots of space and designer decor. The bathroom was huge and beautiful with a walk in shower. But what was tge best part was Frederick the bellman who was so friendly and courteous and John Foxx who was the doorman who was so welcoming and lovely. Also, the roof top pool was a wonderful place and the water temperature was perfect and a very efficient staff. We would definitely return to this glorious place."
