Bright and airy boutique style home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Housing 2 doubles and 2 single beds in the stylish bedrooms to comfortably sleep 6. Benefits from free reserved off street parking for one car and has a large front garden. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. 10 mins walk to the town centre, 15 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Free Wifi in the property.



Abbey Villa has its own entrance on the ground floor and free reserved parking space as you approach the garden of the property. The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - Entrance hall leading to downstairs WC and to the large open plan living and dining area with large flat screen tv and Sky Q. Luxurious corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on and dining area make this a wonderful space. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is also on the ground floor. First Floor -Master bedroom, which sleeps 2, with fitted wardrobe chest of drawers and flat screen TV equipped with Sky Q. A second double bedroom and a third twin room both with ample storage. A large family bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bath, plus plenty of storage. There is a second WC on the ground floor.
