Argyle Rigg is an award winning development of 2 bed townhouses in the centre of St Andrews.



The property is also situated at the end of the beautiful Lade Braes walk.



The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - open-plan kitchen/diner with seating for 4 guests. Utility cupboard. Bathroom.



First Floor - 2 bedrooms on this level and guests have the option to have the beds prepared as kings or singles. Both bedrooms are ensuite.



Second Floor - lounge with access to roof top terrace and balcony and sofa bed. (please advise if wish to use the sofabed)



2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity.

Heavy Doors

So I like this cute little place to stay for a weekend, but the heavy doors were a lot to handle. It is also a little awkward that the kitchen is on the bottom floor and the balcony is on the third. I wish there was a sink and coffee station on the third floor.The location was great, but the walkway was very dirty.

St Andrews gem in the heart of everything.

Location and standard of the accommodation. Lisa was super responsive and went above and beyond in her service. Great house with everything you could need. Although no heating was ever on the house got super hot with the sun on the glass in the top floor. It would be great to have door stops for each door in the house to allow air to circulate.
