Great location, adequately comfortable

This is a small apt, 3rd story, with very squeaky floors, and a location that can’t be beat. The kitchen was nicely stocked, has a lovely skylight, and nice views of Church street below. There is a washer. The sitting room sofa is tiny and the other chairs are simple folding chairs. The bed is reasonably comfortable, and all the windows open and close. The water heater on the shower only works on “eco” setting, and while the place has a tub, I was unable to get it to fill with hot water. Still, the location is fantastic, literally on top of all the food, cafes, milkshakes, and shopping that you could want. With the windows open the streets are loud and the seagulls are incredibly loud starting at 5 am. We really appreciate that the apartment is dog friendly, and understand that not all dogs are as promised, but the carpet was a little old. Overall, a great stay.
