Bright Duplex Apartment in Centre of St. Andrews with roof top terrace
- Brand new luxury 2 bedroom fully furnished flat, in the heart of St Andrews. Our flat is the perfect base for a visit to the home of golf. You are a 7 minute walk to The Old Course, the beach and right in the centre of town.
This property can sleep up to five people, there are two bedrooms, one of which is a king size bed and the other bedroom has a single bed there is also a sofa bed in the living area. The flat has a stylish bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. On the top floor there is a private roof terrace which is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.
Amenities: high end bathroom with shower over bath. Full central heating through. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk, beach 5 mins walk.

The property owners were more than helpful. They set up Netflix for us which we enjoyed in the evenings after long active days. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with tapas and Prosecco. The apartment was right in the centre of everything with lots on our doorstep. Free Parking was surprisingly easy close by. A most enjoyable stay.

Not only was the landlord so helpful and nice but the property itself was beautiful. Furnished and new with a patio and in a perfect location
