Andrean House is a luxury exclusive use property located 5 minutes walk from the famous Old Course St Andrews. Newly renovated, accommodation comprises of 4 x En-suite King bedrooms which can be made into twins. There is also 1 x Double bedroom with separate shower room a short walk from the room. On the ground floor a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and dining area is complimented by a lounge area for relaxing in the evening. The outside terrace provides space for alfresco dining

What a beautiful property We were a group of 9 adults & it was perfect for our needs . Perfectly clean & centre of everything with a very short walk to the beach & the city centre.The hosts had left us fruit, bread & milk as well as tea & coffee. The communication before was clear & prompt

Beautiful villa, better than the pictures

We were a group of friends and family (10) in town to play the Old Course. We absolutely loved this house. It is completely renovated with comfortable beds, good water pressure and heat, great decor and finishes. Only suggestion is for those staying a few days, it would be nice to have more dish soap, dishwasher soap, rags.. supplied by the rental company.

Great house & great location - great service

We booked this house for a guys golf trip due to its proximity to St Andrews Golf Links. It was perfect. All the bedrooms were as advertised and had great bathrooms (plenty of them too). We were short walk with golf clubs to the course as well as many of the restaurants and bars in town. The property manager had the place stocked with everything you need and a few nice touches as well (fresh fruit, coffee, snacks, water, milk, eggs, etc.). I would recommend this place to anyone staying in St Andrews for an extended period of time. Especially better than a hotel in the area.
