This stylish ground floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 super king rooms, the beds can also be split to make 6 singles. Attractive and modern with a large open plan kitchen and lounge, it's perfect for your stay away from home. Free parking for several cars directly outside.

The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - 3 double bedrooms (2 are ensuite). 1 additional family bathroom. Perfect for guests with mobility requirements. Access out to the gardens from 2 separate patio doors (lounge and master bedroom to rear).

The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor.



There is one allocated parking space for the property. However, there are various visitor spaces to allow more vehicles to park.

Spotless holiday rental 15 minutes walk to centre

We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night.

St. Andrews vacay

Apt had everything you need. 3 full baths a plus. Only downside was there should be portable fans for the bedrooms. Got very warm at night. You could leave the patio door open but there are no screens. Also door stoppers as the doors do not stay open on their own. Other than that I would stay again.
