Only 10 minutes from the Home of Golf, St Andrews and the city of Dundee No 67 Main Street, Leuchars is in an ideal location. Private parking available and public transport is fantastic. Main London-Aberdeen rail line and a bus service between the two towns every 7 minutes. Within easy reach of a multitude of golf courses, the universities and fantastic beaches including the famous West Sands of St Andrews which featured in the Chariots of Fire movie. Leuchars is also on the Fife Coastal Path with Tentsmuir Forest and Kinshaldy Beach a 10 minute drive away. There are two self-catering apartments in the building and No 67 is on the lower level with internal stairs. Access to private rear garden which is a suntrap. Two bedroomed apartment – Super King Size Bed and a Bunk Beds an additional put-up bed can be placed in the Lounge area. All linen and towels included. Cot and High Chair available. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, Air Fryer and Fridge Freezer. The bathroom boasts an excellent modern shower and complimentary toiletries are included.
