Recently renovated house in quiet, residential area ten mintes walk from East Sands Beach and town centre. Close-by golf courses and supermarkets (M&S, Morrisons, Spar). Large, enclosed garden, off-road parking in driveway, Wifi and Broadband.

Over two levels, accommodation comprises entrance vestibule with storage cupboard, lounge with attractive, contemporary furnishings, separate dining room seating six, fully fitted kitchen, flexible sleeping accommodation with one double bedroom and two twin attic bedrooms.There is a family bathroom with over-bath shower on the ground floor.

Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk.The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying.
