"Checked us in 20 minutes late. Key card would not open door. Room had sand and dirt on floor."

"The air conditioner didn't work. The refrigerator froze up and then defrosted leaking onto the floor. Maintenance came by and said we couldn't get anything fixed until the following day. So we were only able to use the bedroom area of the suite because the living room became too hot during the day. They were not able to get it fixed while we were there. The place is sorely outdated. The stove and refrigerator looked like it belonged in the 50's, the doors were sticking and hard to open or close. They gave us a $50 gift card to their restaurant as an apology and said they would refund $30 condo building charge. The manager of the complex was really sweet and told us she couldn't do more without higher up approval. We were there for our 25th anniversary and wished we had just stayed home. "

"The first thing we noticed was how clean the entire building was, everything from the reception area, to the room, the pool area, even the skywalk to the parking garage! Our flights home were delayed so often that we decide to stay in town fur another day. The condo we had stayed at for our trip was sold out, we found a hotel by doing a basic search of the area, checked in and found it to be anything but clean. About 8 pm we decided there was no way we could sleep there so we used Expedia app to find and book room, packed our things as fast as possible and left the filth behind. The cleanliness was evident upon arrival and were so relieved to find such a beautiful, serene, welcoming environment that smelled wonderful. We knew we had made the right decision."

"Everything was really good overall, but we kept running out of clean towels and toilet paper and had to ask for more multiple times. They only left one roll of toilet paper when we first arrived. The key card to our room also kept deactivating throughout our stay. Another downside was that our room was never cleaned during the entire stay."

Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

2/10 Terrible

"This trip was the worst. The room was half clean. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. The sofa be felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The lights went out. I do not recommend the Radisson hotel at all. Will never book a Choice hotel again ever. The only good thing was the access to the beach which didn’t matter because of the tides, we couldn’t get in the water. Oh and the parking is horrible. It was just bad. NEVER AGAIN!"
