Impressive

The condo was fairly new so many were un aware it existed for transportation purposes. The condo it self was beautiful. Other than plumbing issues our stay was delightful. I would stay here again.

Property was amazing however the internet was down most of time and traveling with children at times they wanted to watch tv but didn’t work. We asked for them to fix numerous times but they couldn’t figure out the problem.

Hotel kept deposit

There’s some confusion over my deposit. Ended up paying over 700$ us. For a 400$ room. Hotel was nice tho. But now the Number to call the hotel doesn’t work. And hotels.com isn’t helping.

The accommodations were exactly as seen in the pictures. The place was clean, quiet, spacious, modern and comfortable. However, the WiFi was not consistently available and I am yet to get a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would stay here again.

Relaxing vacartion

Went to Jamaica to attend a high school graduation . Had a wonderful and restful stay in a 3BR villa that was well equipped with all the creature comforts. Would definitely visit again,

Great time at Marina Village!

This was an awesome condo/hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Delroy Christy was fabulous! He was there for us and was our personal service person, without him I don't know what we would have done. He provided transportation and made sure our stay was great. The only disappointing thing is that there was no 24 hour restaurant or snacks/vending machine. We ate at the restaurant 2 times which was a surprise visit to the restaurant. I feel the lobby/service should be open 24 hours as well as the restaurant or either have some snacks for guests, that was the only negative experience. We were the only guests with the exception of another guest which made it extremely private but relaxing. I would recommend this condo/hotel as it we had a great time and it was priced reasonably.

Lovely place to be for the stay

This is a private resort. It was perfect for our group of 8. the cocndos look exactly like the pictures. very clean. my only complains are there was not a free shuttle services for this resort. we had to pay every where we went per person and that ended up being a little costly. The WiFi is another issue. the WiFi only worked down by the restaurant so the tv wouldn't work at some points. The hot water keep going out in one of our condos. so we had to take cold showers are go across the way to the other group and use their shower. The Restaurant was awesome. The Chef Wendy was absolutely amazing with prepping our food. she pampered us well on anything we wanted. Damien was our waiter the most he is also a very intelligent awesome young man. WE also loved Michael and Giovanni they was servers at the Restaurant as well. Ausana kept our rooms clean. and tried to help with the hot water issues. Liliana was also a great host. overall we loved our stay even with the small issues. We were very happy. If ever we decide to return this will be the place we would stay. Im also go to recommend this place.

30th Birthday Trip

It was a beautiful property and super friendly staff. The place is still NEW so many locals don’t know where it is, which makes it a litttle difficult trying to get rides to and from town. It sits a little bit outside of Ocho Rios, so make sure to secure transportation. Will be staying there again.
