"Lack of communication was terrible Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing,that was excited was the mango tree."

"I will definitely be staying at Moon Palace on my next visit as the facilities are top notch, the staff is friendly & there is so much to do, you never get bored. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from swimming with dolphins to sunset boat rides, it was a total dream. The only criticism if I'm forced to give one is that the WiFi isn't great. But overall i had a splendid stay."

Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! We truly couldn’t have asked for more helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Couples Tower Isle!"

"Overall experience was good! I did have a few issues. We were locked out our room several times due to our wrist band not working properly. We also felt pressured to purchase the membership package and was made to feel like if we didn’t comply we were making the staff look bad. We had one staff member tell us she was the only one that could setup our transportation to get to the airport when in actuality we booked our transportation through a different site, which at this point took me out of character for a moment. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves"

"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."
