Pool chairs were hard to come by. You had to go out at 6 AM and reserve a chair or otherwise you did not have anywhere to sit all day. Food was just OK. Buffets don’t open until 6:30 PM. No place to find snacks during the day unless you want to go to the buffets. Coffee shop was great, but it was always crowded. At night. Could have been more evening entertainment. Probably OK for families, but for adults and older kids would recommend the adults only side

Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day.

Beautiful resort! The staff was very accommodating, Jermaine & Ian went out their way to make sure we had everything we need! Amanda at the pool bar was wonderful, so friendly & her smile makes you smile! She always had a drink ready for us! Highly recommend Ocean Eden Bay, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything & keep up the great work staff!

The staff was incredible! Housekeeping, room service, bar tenders, etc! Excellent hospitality.
