The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

This hotel is our favorite in St. Augustine! The rooms are all different and charming, and very clean. When you check in, they give you martini coupons and breakfast coupons, which are used ar their onsite martini bar and restaurant. The staff are all lovely.
