Great little St. Augustine Getaway

My husband and I had an amazing 1st visit to St. Augustine. Todd’s condo was the perfect spot as our home base while there. We loved the pools and the close walk to the beach. Thanks again Todd!

This complex is a great place to stay, very dog friendly, close to the beach, good location. The unit was fine but could use a bit of a refresh.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The check in and check out process was very simple. The hosts were very accommodating to any questions quickly. The property was very clean and very put together. You have the beach or the pool on the property and restaurants and shops very very close. This one is definitely worth staying at again.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this property. Todd was most helpful and super quick to respond. The condo was soooo spacious and comfortable. We had easy, private access to the beach and enjoyed being able to take leisurely strolls on the beach and dip our feet in the ocean! We absolutely loved this property!

Quiet and nice

So close to the beach !! A very nice and quiet place to recharge myself. Publix is very close by. Evening walk along beach shores is amazing !! Host Todd keeps checking on us making sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. It was definitely just like the pictures. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was shorter than I anticipated, just a walk through the grounds. Our host was most accommodating and very prompt in answering any questions. There were restaurants within walking distance, a plus for any property. Great condo!

Excellent location

The condo was clean and in a good location with stores and restaurants near by. It is in a gated community with a private beach which is walkable within the community and is accessible with a key fob. It is a 15/20 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine and very close to the St. Augustine Lighthouse. We enjoyed the fact that there was almost no traffic in this area compared to Southeast Florida where we used to go. The communication by the owner was excellent. We stayed for two weeks and would not hesitate to rent from this owner again.

Needed a place close to family and downtown. Stayed pn the go so basically slept and showered. Perfect for us. Truly like the gated entry and felt very secured. Best information ever from owner with specific instructions. Answered all my questions before I asked!

Our stay in Saint Augustine

The apartment was very clean and I could tell that it was sanitized. The location was in the front of the complex facing the highway, which at times was loud at night. However, I knew the location when I booked the unit. The apartment was nice, but in need of a few upgrades (bathroom). Nice access to the beach, the historic district, shopping, gym, etc. Overall, a nice get away.

Very relaxing, with the beach being in your backyard.

With the beach, and swimming pool atyor back door, and ignoring the hic up on where to find the the lack of clarity on where to find the passes for front gate, and the beach, everything was perfect.I am some what familar with area, and I will return in the future.

Washer and dryer were a perk and it wasn’t terribly far from the beach. Everything was clean and it was close to some restaurants. Tv in the living cuts in and out as you watch it. Tv in the bedroom doesn’t even work. Chairs on balcony were cracked and the beach chairs weren’t in the best condition. Common gym was very small and could only hold 2 people at once.

Perfect for two!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I had never been to St Augustine before and was very lucky to have chosen the perfect spot! The condo is quaint, clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo and the development is quiet, clean, felt safe and was close to the beach. There’s also a pool and downtown was a short 15 min ride up A1A. Definitely will stay again if I’m lucky enough to go to St Augustine in the future.
