1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

We were in town for the Celtic festival and this was a perfect accommodation. 3 blocks from the festival and close to all the bars and restaurants . Cute space with a little bistro balcony, perfect for people watching!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Augustine in the heart of the Historic District. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. In the heart

Great job on the modern interior updating. Loved this place out of my entire short vacation with my husband for my birthday. It was nice to people watch on the balcony and sip coffee/wine. Recommend!

Perfect location!

I love staying here. It’s super convenient to all of the activities in St Augustine. We park the car in the nearby public parking garage and don’t have to drive anywhere for our whole stay! The 3rd floor apartment is cozy, well appointed and very clean. The balcony is great for people watching. The hosts are very accessible and concerned for the experience of the guests. Love staying here!

Great place for visiting St Augustine

I booked this for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Even though we've lived in Florida for 6 years and visited many times before that. The first impression wasn't good -- the house could really use an exterior paint job. But inside it's immaculate. You could not ask for a better location to visit the old city. Plenty of room for two people and the small balcony was a nice extra.

Lovely stay

My husband was concerned by the outside appearance of the house, but inside it was spotless and comfortable. The bed was a bit softer than what we use, but we slept well.Expect music at night- not all night, but probably from 10-11 PM. It was worth it to stay right in town.We expected to find bicycles- but didn’t see any. Maybe one needs to contact the owner for the bikes? We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and Cozy

This apartment was a fantastic location for exploring St. Augustine. We had a great time walking the town & bar hopping with live music. Great shops and restaurants close by. One suggestion would be to somehow noise dampen the windows. We heard everything happening on the street at all hours. I slept with earplugs, which wasn’t ideal but weighing with all the great positives… we will be back!
