Upon entering, this air-conditioned beach abode greets you with a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Prepare tasty homemade meals and beach snacks for the entire group in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to channel your inner chef and surprise everyone with their favorite recipes. Then, spread out comfortably on the sofa in the living room and stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV. This condo also features a private patio, an on-site washer/dryer, four beach chairs, and one beach umbrella.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is current on-going construction in the complex of this unit, to include: Resurfacing, Painting, & Repairing all walkways and patios--Please be aware that construction views & noise may be seen & heard during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
