The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker and air fryer—ideal for light meals, snacks, and morning coffee. Enjoy the ease of being just a short stroll from both parking and the sparkling Laterra pool, located next door in the serene courtyard of the 955 building.

While this suite does not have a washer/dryer, one load of sheets and towels are provided weekly and included in the monthly rate. Guests have access to all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Traveling with little ones? Baby gear such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—as well as beach chairs—are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability).

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old, barking dogs are not acceptable and will be removed if persistent barking is reported.
