Relaxing resort style property

We really enjoyed our stay at the King & Bear Laterra condo. Resort style property has all the fun activities we were looking for...golf, swimming, bike riding, club house restaurant & bar. Landlord is very accommodating and friendly to deal with. Thanks again Ed...see you next year.

My wife and I were visiting children & grandchildren for Christmas. Very good location (grocery store, drug stores, restaurants). We have stayed at these condos before, but not at this particular unit. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in. Definitely recommend this property.

Ed andTom were terrific to work with. Couldn't have asked for more congenial, accommodating hosts! LaTerra resort had beautiful grounds, great pools. Directly across the street from the King and the Bear Golf Course! The condo was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable! Plenty of linens and towels. Washer and dryer in the condo .. I would definitely stay in # 309 again if we are in St. Augustine....
