Cozy house close to the beach

Weekend getaway

Great location only 5 min walk to the beach and local food/drink. Very relaxing porch. The apartment had everything we needed. Also very dog and family friendly as we brought our pup and 4 month old.

We loved our 2 week stay here with our dog. The beach and restaurants were just a short walk away and dog friendly. The ground floor apartment was spacious, had what we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet.

We hope to stay here again!

We had a very nice stay! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach with our dog. The hosts thought of everything from beach towels, to beach toys, to a cooler bag, etc! The rental apartment was nice and clean. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!!

The place is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked and organized. This is a quiet dog friendly neighborhood. Close to everything! I have stayed in one of their other places and would not hesitant to rent from them again.

Perfect Location

Property is so close to the beach and several awesome restaurants, bars, coffee, and surf shop. Had everything you need for a great beach getaway without having to drive anywhere. Property was well furnished, cool, and comfortable. Even has beach wagon with chairs and beach stuff.

Wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely enjoyed this location and property. It was bigger than I expected and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and everything was provided that we needed. We brought our dog and he was very happy. The outdoor hose to rinse off was helpful as the beach doesn't have.

Wonderful six weeks

We loved it. Very nice and clean. Incredible location, with five-minute walk to a beautiful, clean, dog-friendly ocean beach and many restaurants. Nicely landscaped yard and comfortable patio. Owners extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We've already reserved it for six weeks next year. Because we were there during some rainy days, it would have been nice to have a comfortable reading chair in addition to the couch. Highly recommend staying there.

Better than expected

A super clean place that is welcoming and comfortable. The grounds around this rental are so very well kept and the unit itself is very roomy, clean and overall, it feels like you're home at the beach.

Amazing Experience!

Our stay here was perfect! We loved the close proximity to beach access. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and take him to the beach too. This unit has a lot of space and we took advantage of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer & dryer and some extra towels in the linen closet. Lots to do close by in St. Augustine. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back some day!
