Owen's Place is a newly renovated Victorian built in the late 1800's. It has over 4000 square feet of living area with front and back upstairs and downstairs porches, two kitchens, outdoor eating areas and plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was fun and roomy. Great location! Parked the cars when we got there and was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Check in was great, answered all my questions. When I think of old Victorian houses, I think of musty and dust. Not this house! The house smelled fresh and was spotless! I found myself trying to find a little dust or a cobweb.

House was perfect for our needs. One day turned cold and rainy but the house was warm. It’s an old house located in a historic district and a good neighborhood to walk through. Some items were dated, like the coffee maker, but all in all a good experience.

Cool old house with lots of room

Group of friends exploring St Augustine. Excellent location we could walk to most attractions. Huge house, we all had our own room with a few shared baths. The host was very accommodating and met us for a walk through as we arrived. The only reason not 5 stars is the house is very old and quirky, lots of stairs, uneven surfaces, outdated plumbing. If you don’t mind or like antique you will love this place.

Great house for a long weekend getaway in St. Augustine Fl. The house is walking distance to all the downtown attractions. You will not need your car if you stay here. This house makes it easy for multiple adults to stay and enjoy St. Augustine. I would rent it again!

Great Location!

This amazing home is a couple blocks away from one of the trolley pickup locations. It makes it very convenient to get around downtown and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer. The house is well maintained and spacious…especially considering how many people this home accommodates. I’d highly recommend staying here while you’re visiting St. Augustine!

Annual Nights of Ligjts Weekend

This property is perfect for our group. There are ample sleeping rooms and bathrooms. We have a few families in our group. The location is walking distance to everything. Ample parking for all the vehicles. We map out a Christmas pajama bar crawl one night and family spaghetti dinner and carriage night another with the white elephant gift exchange. It was an amazing weekend and this house set the stage.

Family Vacation 2023

Our family is HUGE and there was plenty of room for all of us as well as the two dogs. There were enough beds and futons that everyone had a place to sleep. There was ample bedding, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. I enjoyed meeting Jess and learning about the history of the house. Wedding Stay

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. It was 1/2 mile from the Treasury on the Plaza, where our son was getting married. We rented the house plus the converted garage out back and couldn't be happier. There was enough bedrooms for all and more than enough fridge space. It was spacious. Jess was a delight to communicate with throughout the process and even graciously permitted an early check-in to fit our needs. Needless to say, we had no worries throughout our stay.

Location is a PLUS!

Ten of us spent the weekend at this property and there was ample room for all and plenty of parking. The location of this property as it relates to downtown is wonderful. The property was clean and as described when we arrived. The kitchen could use an Island and some extra counter space but other than that it functions. The living room could use another end table and possibly a coffee table as it lacked a place to set your drink etc. When you first walk in there is a small refrigerator in the foyer which was odd. We walked to the corner and rented a golf cart and visited downtown multiple times. The Winery and Distillery are also nearby. Be careful on the front steps as there is no handrail. We would definitely rent this home again.
