- This 3rd floor Balcony Suite is in the North Section of the ocean front building. Simple and affordable, this condo has a great location for a wonderful ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area with a 32" Flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom was updated to include a new tub with grab bar and plenty of linen storage. The private bedroom now has new laminate flooring (as of Oct 2021) and has a queen bed and a new 32" flat screen TV. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
