Pamper yourself in the brand new furnishings throughout the completely renovated apartment, which features two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a spa like bathroom with a walk in shower, all stocked with soft white linens. Gather around the dining table with seating for six to enjoy wonderful meals and conversation. The fully stocked kitchen is sure to have everything you need to prepare your favorite foods and drinks. After a day of exploring St. Augustine, settle into a comfortable seat in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the water view of the Matanzas River; beach access is just a few miles away. The balcony is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you enjoy the sights and sounds of the historic district.

At 15 Hypolita St. you will be surrounded by history, culture, and the unique dining experiences of the Old City. Live music, local food, and craft drinks are all steps from your front door. Walk to local historic churches, the old Ponce de Leon Hotel (now Flagler College), and the magnificent Castillo de San Marcos on the riverfront, all just steps away!

NOISE: 15 Hypolita is in the heart of the city and surrounded by many activities, restaurants, and bars, so there is the potential for late night noise, especially on weekends. The restaurant next door features live music on weekends until 10:30 PM that you will be able to hear from inside the apartment.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

This is an amazing place! Right in the heart of St. Augustine. You do have a water view from the balcony and you can see the Columbia restaurant from the other view. You can wake up and have an amazing waffle from the place directly below you! Casa Maya restaurant is litteraly 20 steps from this place and has amazing food and wonderful drinks! This place is wonderful to stay in and has been redone very well.
