This light-filled, end-unit townhome offers the perfect vacation landing spot, just across the boardwalk from St. Augustine's beautiful ocean beach! Soak in the Florida sunshine on the patio or the balcony (one off each bedroom), cool off in one of the two community pools only steps from the house, and curl up on the couch each evening to catch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. This home also offers an eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances - perfect for preparing a quick beach snack or a full homemade meal!

You'll be less than six miles south of downtown St. Augustine and within walking distance of excellent restaurants and entertainment. Great location!

The home is perfectly situated with private access to the beach. We enjoyed having the pool just steps away from the back patio. Check-in process was quick and easy! Bathrooms could use a deep clean or an update.

The location was great but this unit is in bad shape and needs to be remodeled. Old carpet plumbing issues and and pots and pans were unusable. Vacasa costumer service was horrible after having a horrible experience the went back and forth with the local team and came back with a 50$ for your troubles refund its insulting. This unit is a 5-6 rating at best even with the location being very good.

Cute and tons of great features.

Firstly, having the garage was clutch rain or shine. From there being near the pool and at the head of the beach access made it an excellent choice for water fun. Itā€™s mid-century to its core with plenty of beach vibe. Plenty of amenities within 5 minutes driving and walking.

Location is absolutely great. Anything you need is near plus easy access to the beach. The complex is wonderful - we loved the heated outdoor pool and the lawn access, and right next to the beach. Complex neighbours were all so friendly. The unit is clean and spacious. Kitchen could use some superficial updating. Loved the pool toys and beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

The property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ocean was super close and pools easily accessible. Will definitely stay again. We did find a broken chair upon arrival and the trash can was full. We notified the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

Needs updating

Overall this condo is clean, grounds are well maintained, and location is great. However the unit needs some TLC. Bathrooms are in dire need of updating as well as the carpet. It could use a fresh cost of paint as well. Fix these things and it would be a great property!

Checkin/out procedures excellent. Location was excellent. Local, if any, customer service was atrocious. Called on the 1st day to have ants in the kitchen treated and to find a remote for the garage door opener and received NO response whatsoever. Pool was dirty over the weekend but improved Monday.

Location, location, location

Pros: location is walking boardwalk to beach, mini golf next door and great restaurants within walking distance. Parking a plus, plenty of towels, linens and nice having 2 full baths Cons: No internet and owner admitted to knowing issue prior to Saturday arrival on ā€œFriday at 2:20pmā€ and waited for us to call. Then came to home during stay on Sunday to meet Xfinity (awkward) and asked ā€œdonā€™t you have minutes you can useā€. Overall a great stay. It just would have been nice to know there was no internet/cable as advertised as I had to do some work while there and instead had to go to Panera Bread for internet as cell service is very spotty near beach.
